  • Medical information: health history, current medications, body metrics (height, weight, BMI), and treatment goals as provided in your screening questionnaire.
  • Payment information: processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.
  • Usage data: anonymised browsing data collected to improve our service.

  • To facilitate medical consultations between you and our registered doctors.
  • To process prescriptions and arrange medication delivery.
  • To communicate with you about your treatment and appointments.
  • To comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including POPIA.
  • To improve our services and user experience.

4. Data Sharing

We share your medical information only with the consulting doctor assigned to your case and the licensed pharmacy dispensing your medication. We do not sell your data to third parties. We may use third-party service providers (e.g. Stripe for payments, Calendly for scheduling) who process data on our behalf under strict contractual obligations.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal and medical data, including encryption in transit and at rest. Access to medical records is restricted to authorised healthcare professionals.
